The property features accommodation over two floors with a country style open plan living area with a comfortable sitting area, TV and DVD player and a rustic open fireplace for warm cosy evenings. Exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings provide a rustic romantic charm. A dining area also features and a kitchenette provides all the desired appliances for a self-catering holiday including a cooker hob, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The property also benefits from air conditioning.
For those of you who need to keep in touch with work or family, Wi-Fi Access is also available in the property.
From the living room open tread stairs lead to a mezzanine floor with a bright double bedroom and a modern shower room conveniently situated off from the bedroom.
A sofa bed to the living area provides additional accommodation for extra guests.

For golf lovers the Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club, one of the oldest clubs in Europe, is just a 15 minutes drive away, on the Menaggio hillside by Lake Como.
The cosmopolitan delights of Lugano city can be easily reached just a 25 minutes drive away with beautiful café lined piazzas, wonderful shopping arcades with designer shops, fresh food markets and also providing visitors with a wide choice of entertainment including bars, nightclubs, a stunning new casino and annual cultural and musical events.

Visitors can enjoy the stunning lakefront terrace with its contemporary Panama cafe with outdoor seating and the contemporary Italian restaurant ideal for authentic alfresco dining. Our one & two weekly service charges are inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the holiday property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied. If your booking is for more than one week, clean linen & towels will be provided on a weekly basis.
