Enjoying all the activities and conveniences of the Porto Letizia holiday village this spacious and modern apartment provides ample accommodation for friends and family up to groups of 8.
The apartment is situated in the villas in the grounds of Porto Letizia.
Once inside guests can enjoy a spacious air-conditioned open plan living room with a newly fitted kitchen ideal for self-catering stays and a sociable dining area. A fully furnished living area provides a great place to relax and socialise with a sofa, chairs, SAT TV and access out onto a mountain and park view balcony which benefits from morning sun.
WIFI access can also be enjoyed by requesting the facility at the onsite computer shop.
The sleeping accommodation is flexible and ideal for families and friends with a bright contemporary master bedroom with double bed with access to a private mountain-view balcony and two further double bedrooms which are both spacious and stylishly furnished.
Additional guests can also be accommodated on the sofa bed which pulls out in the living room. The property provides two fully fitted bathrooms both with a bath tub and overhead shower; washbasin, WC and bidet and Laundry facilities and linen hire are available in the Palazzo building for guests’ convenience.
The main Palazzo building features a welcome reception foyer with lots of helpful advice and visitor information and also provides a hair salon, computer shop and laundry room. A sunny lake view terrace is ideal for enjoying a coffee or evening aperitif at the contemporary Panama cafe bar and authentic Italian cuisine can be enjoyed at the lake view Restaurant.
Porto Letizia provides a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy including a heated lake view outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a children’s’ play area, mini golf and a fabulous sandy beach for Porto Letizia guests.
The splendid parkland provides leafy spots for picnics and meandering paths perfect for dog walkers, joggers and cyclists. A bridge leads from the residence across to the promenade of Porlezza where guests can try a delicious ice-cream or go shopping in the local town shops and supermarkets.
A regular bus service runs from the town to the cosmopolitan Swiss city of Lugano in just 25 minutes, and here a wide variety of boutique designer shops, cafes, bars and restaurants specialising in worldwide cuisine can be enjoyed. The nightlife is also very vibrant in Lugano with some fantastic nightclubs, music venues and a modern lakefront casino. There is also a convenient 20 minute bus service from Porlezza to Lake Como, stopping in the picturesque resort town of Menaggio. The town features pretty cafe-lined piazzas, an idyllic promenade and a frequent ferry service to Varenna and Bellagio. Lake Como also boasts some fine Villas and restaurants. Lake Como activities also include boat hire, wind surfing, sailing, cycling, hiking, swimming, quad biking and golf.
The surrounding area of Porlezza boasts some spectacular hiking trails through the unspoilt nature reserves of Lago di Piano and the Lake Lugano mountainside. There is also horse riding in the Porlezza countryside as well as fishing and cycling.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

In the high season months of July & August, arrival & departure days are on Saturdays only.

Each Porto Letizia property requires a compulsory final cleaning charge to be paid locally on departure. This final cleaning charge is dependent on the property type and it varies as follows:
Studio Apt: EU60
1 Bedroom Apt: EU70
2 Bedroom Apt: EU85
3 Bedroom Apt. or Villa: EU100
On arrival you can hire a baby-cot for EU20, a highchair for EU15 and an extra bed for EU85. If you bring a dog with you then this will cost an additional EU30. All these charges are not dependent on the length of your stay and are a one off payment, they are not included in the above mentioned rental prices.
Linen and towels are available for an optional cost of EU15 per person. Please note, if you choose not to accept this option, you will need to provide your own linen for the duration of your stay.
There is also an additional compulsory fee of EU4 per adult per night & EU2 per child (upto 16 years of age) per night when staying in Porto Letizia. This is inclusive of gas, electricity and water. Air-conditioning is also included between July and August in Palazzo apartments only. It also includes free on-site parking, concierge service, 24hr reception, swimming pool usage, beachside sun loungers (subject to availability), ping pong, on-site children’s entertainment between 15th June – 15th Sept, cooking lessons, wine lessons, hiking excursions, 10% off boat hire, 10% off nearby tennis court, grocery delivery service by the local supermarket, Lido-beach entrance between 1st June - 30th September and much more (enquire on-site for details).
Starting from the 1st April until the end of September there is a local council tourist tax to be paid of EU1.50 per person per night for all persons above 14 years of age for a maximum of 10 days.
You will be asked to leave a EU300 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
Internet is available for the majority of the complex at a 24 hours cost of EU10, a weekly cost of EU35 and a two weekly cost of EU55.
