Splendid family living in the Porto Letizia resort!
Situated in the delightful modern self-catering holiday village of Porto Letizia, on the banks of the north eastern Lake Lugano shore, this modern villa is perfect for fun family stays!
The semi-detached Torino villa building, provides accommodation on the ground floor providing an open plan living area. The space is bright and airy with neutral tiling, modern furnishings and garden views from the French doors. A sitting area with TV features and a dining area seating up to 6 is ideal for family meals. Alfresco dining can also be enjoyed by guests in a small, sunny private garden, which can be accessed easily through the double French doors. Please note that the photo of the garden is only an example from one of these apartments. Each apartment has a different size garden - some are small, but you must enquire beforehand.
To the side of the living area is a well proportioned modern kitchen providing all the desired appliances for a comfortable self-catering holiday, with a gas oven and hob for preparing and cooking meals and with all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils.
There are three master bedrooms with single beds and furnishings and a further modern bedroom with two single beds can be enjoyed.
A second modern bathroom also features and onsite laundry facilities and linen hire can be conveniently found in the holiday village.
From the villa’s garden a gate leads out to the well maintained Porto Letizia parkland which provides a tranquil setting for your holiday with meandering paths perfect for jogging, dog walking and cycling and a full selection of activities and facilities.
The holiday village provides holiday guests with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, a children’s play area and a fabulous sandy beach. The main Palazzo building also provides guests with a welcome reception, laundry facilities, computer shop, a hair salon and a stylish cafe bar with outside seating. The authentic onsite Italian restaurant is also perfect for enjoying a family lunch or romantic meal with a loved one.
Parking can also be enjoyed in the holiday village and a bridge conveniently leads to the lakefront of Porlezza for guests walking on foot to local amenities. Local activities include cycling, swimming, golf, tennis, hiking, sailing, horse riding, boat hire and cultural excursions to the Lake Como villas.
The Porto Letizia residence is located in the popular town of Porlezza, with a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and cafes within easy access. A frequent bus service operates from the town to the cosmopolitan Swiss city of Lugano and also to the romantic resort town of Menaggio on Lake Como, which both takes just 25 minutes.

To make a confirmed booking, you will be asked to fill in our online booking form and pay a 30% deposit by wire transfer or credit card. The remaining holiday balance will then be due 6 weeks before arrival.

In the high season months of July & August, arrival & departure days are on Saturdays only.

Each Porto Letizia property requires a compulsory final cleaning charge to be paid locally on departure. This final cleaning charge is dependent on the property type and it varies as follows:
Studio Apt: EU60
1 Bedroom Apt: EU70
2 Bedroom Apt: EU85
3 Bedroom Apt. or Villa: EU100
On arrival you can hire a baby-cot for EU20, a highchair for EU15 and an extra bed for EU85. If you bring a dog with you then this will cost an additional EU30. All these charges are not dependent on the length of your stay and are a one off payment, they are not included in the above mentioned rental prices.
Linen and towels are available for an optional cost of EU15 per person. Please note, if you choose not to accept this option, you will need to provide your own linen for the duration of your stay.
There is also an additional compulsory fee of EU4 per adult per night & EU2 per child (upto 16 years of age) per night when staying in Porto Letizia. This is inclusive of gas, electricity and water. Air-conditioning is also included between July and August in Palazzo apartments only. It also includes free on-site parking, concierge service, 24hr reception, swimming pool usage, beachside sun loungers (subject to availability), ping pong, on-site children’s entertainment between 15th June – 15th Sept, cooking lessons, wine lessons, hiking excursions, 10% off boat hire, 10% off nearby tennis court, grocery delivery service by the local supermarket, Lido-beach entrance between 1st June - 30th September and much more (enquire on-site for details).
Starting from the 1st April until the end of September there is a local council tourist tax to be paid of EU1.50 per person per night for all persons above 14 years of age for a maximum of 10 days.
You will be asked to leave a EU300 deposit at the reception to cover accidental damages. If you accept the damage waiver at the time of booking you will not be asked for this deposit.
Internet is available for the majority of the complex at a 24 hours cost of EU10, a weekly cost of EU35 and a two weekly cost of EU55.
